Old World Company - Cutting Board. The Busiek gets its name from Busiek State Forest in Missouri. Busiek, in the heart of the Ozarks, is the home to many native trees including walnut and maple. The Busiek cutting board is made of walnut with strips of maple. The walnut has streaks of sapwood adding to its overall beauty. It is finished with a combination of food grade oil and wax. Rubber feet raise the board to facilitate lifting the board while providing stability when cutting.
