Old World Company - Cutting Board. The Busiek gets its name from Busiek State Forest in Missouri. Busiek, in the heart of the Ozarks, is the home to many native trees including walnut and maple. The Busiek cutting board is made of walnut with strips of maple. It is finished with a combination of food grade mineral oil and wax. Rubber feet raise the board to facilitate lifting the board while providing stability when cutting.
